earthquake shakes El Salvador, Guatemala

Guatemala Earthquake - Officials told, “On Thursday, a moderate earthquake jolts El Salvador & the trembling was even felt in nearby Guatemala, there are no victims & no damage is caused in either of the country.”

US Geological Survey (USGS): The trembling was measured at 5.9 on the Richter scale.

It had struck up somewhat at around 1300 (1900 GMT) & its epicenter was about 47miles (76 kms) to the San Salvador’s West side, in the Pacific Ocean.

The seismology service at Salvadoran told, on Richter scale the earthquake was measured at 6.0 & emergency services personnel told that the quake was felt in the parts of Guatemala, which is near El Salvador.
